Operational Arrangement:
On 11 May, if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or No. 8 (or a higher number) Storm Signal of typhoon (see Hong Kong Observatory http://www.hko.gov.hk/wxinfo/dailywx/warnlegend.htm) is hoisted at or after 11:00 a.m., the conference registration
(5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.) will be cancelled.
On 12-14 May, if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or No. 8 (or a higher number) Storm Signal of typhoon
(see Hong Kong Observatory http://www.hko.gov.hk/wxinfo/dailywx/warnlegend.htm)
is hoisted at or after 7:00 a.m., the conference activity at this day will be cancelled. The conference will resume in the next day
if the signal is not hoisted, and will follow the next day
programme schedule.
During the conference daytime, if Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or No. 8
(or a higher number) Storm Signal of typhoon is hoisted, the remaining
conference activity will be cancelled. And we notify the participants in the conference venue so that they can travel back to their accommodation
places safety.
